With traditional Makuti roofs and Arab towers lit by brass lights, the Sea Cliff Resort hotel was designed to look and feel like old Zanzibar. The 120-room hotel sits on a cliff, so whether you’re sitting in the lounge, the restaurant or bar, or lying around one of Sea Cliff’s two pools, you are always surrounded by panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Of the 120 rooms, 16 are deluxe rooms with freestanding baths and breathtaking ocean views. 80 Superior Rooms also offer sea views which can inter-connect and 24 Garden rooms. All rooms offer all the modern facilities you’d expect – and all of them have private balconies.

Where can you have a more memorable wedding than on a tropical island such as Zanzibar? Our conference facilities can be used for weddings to create memories that will last a lifetime. Choose from one of the three conference rooms with seating for 10 to 120 delegates, or make your vows in the private Boma overlooking the ocean, where we can accommodate 200 guests.
